Participants spend a weekend in teams swinging, jumping, climbing, lifting, balancing, rappelling, and belaying through activities of increasing difficulty, going through low and high ropes courses.
By the end of the weekend youth will be amazed at how well they have overcome their fears and gained confidence in their physical and mental abilities.
