Duelist is marginally stronger, but losing two elements of coverage is not a great trade off. Riesz is the third strongest attacker after Duran, and specializes in stat buffs and debuffs and, additionally, learns a unique summon skill in each class.
Dark side classes get stat downs, light side classes get stat ups. Her best class hands down is Star Lancer, not only because it gives full party stat ups, but because it has the best summon of all the classes. Starlancer remains her best class by far.
