Not the easiest thing to work with, but sometimes a varchar just doesn't give you the range you need. Fast Track to MDX gives readers all the necessary background information needed to write useful, powerful MDX expressions and introduces the most frequently used MDX functions and constructs.

You can also encrypt the PDFs and create watermarks. The system allows you to send generated individual documents from your business email. In the distribution screen, select the column for the email field in the drop-down.

Then enter the custom email subject and email body. On clicking generate, the system sends the documents to individual recipients as an attachment. You can also use the dynamic fields in the email body and subject. Apart from Email, the system supports other distribution channels including print, sync to cloud storage, and document archival. It is used regularly by DBAs and business users alike. You can create wrapper objects and nest complex properties.

Take a look at Reporting Services. It's included with SQL Server. You can design a report that reads the data from SQL Server, or from a stored procedure if you prefer. You can then set up a subscription on the report to run at specified intervals, and output the data as a pdf to a pre-defined folder. This should solve your issue. I would agree with the Report Server option too. To my knowledge, you cannot do this directly from SQL itself.

However, I have done using an SSRS report, with a subscription which pushes the report out to a local share. Works well from experience. I'll try to do better! However I would like to know if it's possible to use different letter sizes and formats bold, italic and if it's possible to save the file in any directory.
