Oem slp key vista

Can someone please tell me how to make my own OEM disc. I dont understand how this is suppose to work. The Keys itself will not make it an OEM. There has to be something else needed on the disc. The keys are not brand specific. You can use any key with any certificate with matching SLIC on any machine. The database has been updated again.
